School Mindfulness Curriculum
Designed to be used by educators in a school setting, this 6-week small group program for 8-10 students teaches teens mindfulness practices to build their toolbox of coping skills. Includes lesson plans tied to ASCA Standards, 10 workbooks with daily journal prompts, and one-year access to online content. Appropriate for ages 12-18.
Yoga and Mindfulness Series
Deepen your practice with this 6 week program that includes yoga philosophy, mindfulness activities, and targeted yoga classes that emphasize the weekly theme, as well as daily journaling prompts to help you create your own Inner MAP.
Yoga for Mental Wellness Series
Learn coping skills to help minimize symptoms of anxiety, depression, and other mental health concerns.
**This is not therapy and is intended to better equip participants in the healing process. It is recommended that participants continue receiving mental health support from a licensed therapist.
