Why did you create the VIP option? We know that most people don't complete online courses. They get distracted, lose interest, or don't see results and lost motivation. The VIP option includes 3 individual calls to help you stay on track, be accountable to someone else, and trouble shoot any issues you are having with making changes to your habits.
How do I know if I should get the VIP or Basic course? If you are the kind of person who can workout at home and stick to a meal plan without needing support, you are probably good with the Basic course. But if you are like me, and you know you need a personal trainer with a bullhorn to get out of bed at 6am to workout... the VIP course is likely your best option.
Do I have to complete the course in 6 weeks? No! Many people want to stretch things out over a longer time, take a break so they can go on vacation, skip a week if they are already familiar with the concept. Because this course is at your own pace, you can personalize it based on what is going on in yor life.
