This intimate weekend getaway will help you find your center as we explore the harmony between yin and yang to celebrate the fall equinox. Push your limits during the vinyasa flow yoga class, or take it one step further with an optional hike on the trails that are accessible from the retreat center. Then practice self care and balance your physical exertion with a yin yoga class, 2 hour hot springs soak, and a special MALA MAKING WORKSHOP! Walk away feeling grounded yet energized for whatever the next season may bring your way. Space is limited to 15 participants.

• 4 yoga classes
