Yoga for Mental Wellness Series

In this six-session series, teens age 14 to 18 will practice coping skills for dealing with stress, anxiety, anger, and all of life’s challenges.  Students will learn breathing techniques and yoga poses to strengthen the parasympathetic “rest and digest” nervous system. Daily journaling and self-reflection will help teens learn about and reconnect with their true self as we also form healthy connections with other students. Enrollment is limited to so register now to reserve your space.

Adults and teens (age 15 and older) may enjoy these 2-hour workshops, where participants learn about the brain and nervous system. We provide an opportunity to practice activities that strengthen the “rest and digest” system and gain valuable tools to cope with stress, anxiety, anger, and every emotion in between.
