Just filmed these yoga classes yesterday! I haven't even reviewed the videos yet because I hate watching myself on film, so hopefully it's not too cheesy. If nothing else, I am sore today from the sculpt so you will get a good workout.

I will also be doing live stream yoga flow classes Tuesday at 4:30pm and Wednesday at noon for the next few weeks until we are all back in the studio together.
