This program was created for educators who want to facilitate a small group for students struggling with anxiety, but don't have the capacity or desire to become an expert in yoga and mindfulness at this time. Students will learn more about themselves, build positive relationships with other students, and walk away with coping skills to strengthen their parasympathetic nervous system.
This 6-session curriculum includes:
- Weekly yoga videos and guided mindfulness recordings
- Weekly lesson plans
- Online copy (pdf) of individual student workbook with daily journaling prompts
- Login permissions for one educator
