This group program is designed to teach participants how to manage stress and anxiety using Mindfulness, physical Activity, and mental Presence (MAP). You will build healthy habits into your life and create a routine of self-care while adding more tools in your toolbox.
- Weekly emails to kick off the theme for the week and learn new skills
- Weekly LIVE calls with Jamie to answer any questions you have
- Private Facebook group to keep you accountable and build community
- Time management plan for building mindfulness, physical activity, and mental presence into your life
- Access to all online mindfulness recordings and yoga videos that go with the weekly theme
- Journal with "lifework questions" for self-reflection
*This beta test group runs from Monday March 30 - Friday May 8 and is limited to the first 20 participants that register. Participants must be willing to provide feedback about the program to improve the curriculum.
