We will dig deep into your core values and put strategies in place so you have a more Mindful, physically Active, and mentally Present life. Each week has a different theme to help you focus on one area of personal growth.

- 3 personalized yoga/fitness sequences
- Access to all online mindfulness recordings and yoga videos
- Weekly journaling "lifework" to solidify your studies
