This individualized 6-week program is designed to teach you tools to manage stress and anxiety. We will dig deep into your core values and put strategies in place so you have a more Mindful, physically Active, and mentally Present life. Each week has a different theme to help you focus on one area of personal growth.

 

Package includes:

  • Six 1-hour meetings* where we discuss your physical activity and "lifework" questions, plus learn new mindfulness techniques 

  • Game plan for building mindfulness, physical activity, and mental presence into your daily life

  • 3 personalized yoga/fitness sequences 

  • Access to all online mindfulness recordings and yoga videos

  • Weekly journaling "lifework" to solidify your studies 

 

*Sessions are held in person in Golden CO or online with Zoom

Do you want to bring yoga and mindfulness to your students, but don't have the time to become an expert yourself? This 6-week small group curriculum for 8-10 students teaches teens mindfulness practices to build their toolbox of coping skills. Includes lesson plans tied to ASCA Standards, 10 workbooks with daily journaling prompts, and one-year access to online content. Appropriate for ages 13-18.

This self-paced online program will walk you through six sessions of self-exploration to help you create a daily habit of being Mindful, Active, and Present while you practice skills to stay calm and stress-free.

Each week includes:

  • Weekly email and journaling questions to guide you

  • Yoga class videos tied to the weekly theme

  • Mindfulness recordings

  • Breathing tutorials
