We work on building time for self-care into your routine... so that you take care of your mind, body, and spirit every day. 

 

You need to fill your pack with a variety of skills that use your body's natural calming skills to decrease stress. By the end of the program, you won't need someone else to guide you... you become your own best teacher!

You need to gather your provisions to nourish your mind, body, and spirit for the adventure. The 3-week meal plan provides easy meals and cooking tips that support a healthy mind and body by helping you eat closer to nature without a lot of prep. When we eat well, we feel good... and we have the energy to keep going!
